03 — About

A team built around
one obsession.

We are a small, specialized team of computer vision engineers and systems architects. We don't generalize — we go deep on the hard problems where optics, algorithms, and hardware meet.

Who We Are

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Founded in Pisa (Italy), Idetica was born from our drive to simplify computer vision, delivering the most effective solutions to our customers.

Every project we take on is designed with a systems mindset — optics, illumination, sensor selection, algorithm design, and deployment are treated as a single problem, not five separate ones.

The result is systems that work reliably in production, not just in the lab. We remove all unnecessary noise and deliver output without any fuss.

How We Work

Our approach in three principles.

01 —

Full-Stack Ownership

We design the optics, select the sensors, write the algorithms, and own the deployment. No handoffs, no gaps. When something breaks, we know exactly where to look because we built every layer.

02 —

Feasibility First

Before a single line of code is written, we run a structured feasibility study. Physics doesn't negotiate. We quantify what's achievable given your constraints — resolution, throughput, environment — and design to that spec.

03 —

Production Discipline

A demo that works in controlled conditions proves nothing. Our systems are stress-tested for edge cases, lighting variation, component drift, and production throughput before they are ever handed over.
